Bronagh Duffin is the owner of Bakehouse NI, a cookery school specialising in cooking and baking experiences where she welcomes guests to her home and kitchen to create delicious food using delicious local, seasonal ingredients. Classes cater for groups or individuals and are suitable for children, adults, teenagers, networking events, hen parties, family celebrations. Participants leave with a little bit of magic having taken a few hours out for themselves to learn a new skill while making something tasty and nutritious.

Bronagh is a registered theatre nurse and brings her nursing skills to her business in the form of listening to her guests needs and helping to develop bespoke cookery and baking experiences which nourish, educate and are a mindful, relaxing experience.

Bronagh also has a creative side which she reflects in her wedding and celebration cakes.

Bronagh is one of the founding members of the Lough Neagh Artisans Group.
